A lot of the talk was about how to lead a heatlthy life,to adopt healthy habits and something to minimaze the risks for your healt.Less- we all know what means.Run,but any other physical activity burns calories and contributes to health.Do not initially to be discouraged if you don't notice a visible progress.Each new positie habit in life should be implemented gradually , because it just makes the long-term benefit of all these procedures.
